Open Meeting on Tuesday 8 April 2008 from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm in Riddings Hall, Christchurch, Ilkley

We are currently reviewing our activities and we would like to know what you think. We are therefore proposing to hold an informal open meeting on Tuesday 8 April and we would stress that it is very important that as many of our members as possible attend. Specifically we would like you to tell us which of our services you value and use, which services you do not value, and what other services (if any) we could provide for you.

There will be an opportunity at the meeting for you to meet our Trustees and to talk to them face to face. In addition we shall be setting up a number of notice boards highlighting all our activities and you will be invited to comment on each activity.

I cannot stress more strongly the need for you to attend this meeting. If you value the service we offer in the District, or if you do not, this might be your last opportunity to tell us how you feel.
