Introduction:
The first Healthy Living Directory for this District was produced in 2003 with funding from the local Primary Care Trust with 'Health Action Zone'.

After discussion with various health professionals and volunteers in the Wharfedale area, the idea of an up to date directory of local services was suggested.

It was agreed to update the Directory in 2005. This updated and revised version of the directory has been developed by ICVS volunteers in consultation with local organisations.

Copies are available upon request from the ICVS office.

The directory is divided into a number of sections for ease of use, below is a list of the headings under which entries can be found.
